TheNex is growing its Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS practice. We're looking for experienced consultants who have led implementations — not just supported them — across Business Architecture, Business Process, Functional, and Technical workstreams.
Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant
Hybrid • Full-Time / Contract
Expertise in one or more Oracle Cloud modules — Financials, SCM, HCM, or Procurement. Experience with FDDs, configuration, UAT, and data migration. Ability to lead client workshops independently.
Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant
Hybrid • Full-Time / Contract
Strong background in OIC integrations, RICEW development, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Cloud APIs. Experience across multiple cloud implementations preferred.
Oracle EBS Functional Consultant
Hybrid • Full-Time / Contract
Deep EBS module expertise across Financials, SCM, or HRMS. Comfortable with R12 implementations, upgrades, and supporting EBS-to-Cloud migration assessments.
Oracle EBS Technical Consultant
Hybrid • Full-Time / Contract
Proficient in PL/SQL, OAF, Oracle Forms, Reports, Concurrent Programs, AME, and EBS customization best practices. Familiarity with RICEW deliverable management.
Oracle Cloud Business Architect
Hybrid • Full-Time / Contract
Senior-level experience leading operating model design, enterprise structure decisions, fit-gap analysis, and process blueprinting for Oracle Cloud programs. Able to engage C-suite and business stakeholders.
Oracle Business Process Consultant
Hybrid • Full-Time / Contract
Experience mapping and redesigning O2C, P2P, R2R, H2R, or M2P processes in Oracle Cloud or EBS environments. Strong facilitation skills and change management experience preferred.
